Black Girls Achieve Mural

Created in collaboration with my mentees from Black Girls Achieve, this mural celebrates Black girlhood as powerful, creative, and expansive. The design affirms leadership, imagination, and self-worth—offering a visual counter-narrative to the limitations often imposed on young Black girls.

Installed across the street from Trinity’s Trinfo Café, this project was a true community effort, supported by both Black Girls Achieve and the Trinity Temple of Hip Hop. The mural remains a reminder of what’s possible when young people are given space to lead, dream, and be seen.
